A mild cleanser can be used but avoid the use of strong solvents or soaps. Harsh chemicals may damage or fade rug. Professional rug cleaning recommended as needed.Loose fibers are common clip with scissors. Shedding is normal and will subside after a few months of regular vacuuming.
