Power is connected from the standard outlet plug with conversion to low voltage to the base section of the trees to power pole trunk, when sections are connected, the lighting system connects section by section, lights are then powered by the low voltage connections in the tree. The LEDs have a standard incandescent bulb shape lens cover to create that warm white glow of Christmas tree lights with the benefits of LED technology.
