This is by far the worst couch we've ever owned. So uncomfortable and we paid for the upgraded cushions. Fabric already torn!

This couch fell apart after having it for 1 month. We ordered the grey charcoal color in the chenille fabric. I sent pictures to customer service, they sent someone out to look at the damage. After multiple attempts reaching out to the customer service email, they told me to call the store. They said it's the fabric from the manufacturer not the couch. I will never buy from Value City again after this experience. I paid almost 4,500 for this couch and the fabric didn't last 3 weeks. It started balling up and pilling right away, would not recommend

I love the high armrests. The seating is firm, yet soft. The perfect combination. It sits higher off the floor than most sofas out there, which I love.
