The Beau Cast Root Console Table is made of composite that has been molded to look like a piece of harvested wood that took Nature eons to create, then finished in Bronze. The advantage of having a console table made from this durable material is that it will long outlast its natural counterparts pulled from the forest floor. This bronze console table perfectly represents the Phillips Collection ethos: modern organic. We have Cast Root products in a number of configurations and finishes. When cleaning your piece we recommend dusting it with a soft cloth. You can also gently wipe with a soft damp cloth and soap and water. Do not use any harsh chemicals, as this can lead to stripping the finish or potential peeling. The Bronze finish is made with real bronze powder so it takes on the same characteristics of real bronze. When exposed to water bronze will develop a greenish patina. To clean the patina, it is best to use bronze cleaner and follow the instructions on the bottle.
