Sconces are installed on walls instead of ceilings, and they're meant to be seen. The right sconce can quickly balance out a room with a touch of sophistication, provide just enough light, and complete the room's design aesthetic. The wrong piece does the opposite.
Regina Andrew offers a collection of sconces that, like our other pieces, bridge the gap between traditional and experimental design. We believe in stretching the boundaries of craftsmanship while infusing each piece with a unique soul.
Sconces are extremely versatile. Choose from delicate gold adorned with crystal flowers, mid-century modern minimalism, or three-light lamp fixtures — and many more — to complement any room and aesthetic.
Experts recommend installing sconces according to the room. In a bedroom, for example, you may want to install it 48 – 60 inches from the floor. As accent lighting in another room, you may install them 60 – 72 inches from the floor.
Your new sconce should be carefully mounted to the wall near your home's electrical wiring. If you're unsure of how to connect the piece to existing wiring, hire an electrician for this quick project to save yourself from frustration (and potential injury). Some sconces do not need to be wired into your house's system, as they come with a cord you can plug into the wall.
