Paul Savitt (1924-2010) surreal painting depicting Diana as the Huntress with a bow & deer. Background is comprised of abstract curved forms in yellow, blue, and brown. Oil/canvas, signed & dated 1964. Presented in a minimalist wood frame. Paul Savitt, lived most of his life in NYC. His body of work ranges from paintings & drawings to mixed media works incorporating fabrics. His work was both figurative & non representational abstract. His work was exhibited at Daniel Broder Gallery in NYC.
