Space-saving: loft design opens up floor space. Total footprint (including ladder) 81.5""L X 54.25""W X 50""H; Actual bed measurements (excluding ladder) 81.5""L X 42.5""W X 50""H. Under-bed height is 33.25"". Designed to accommodate standard twin-size mattress that is 5" thick, not to exceed 8" thick. Plywood slats included; no box spring or bunkie board required. Mattress and bedding not included. Removable curtains turn under bed area into a play-space. Includes one front panel and one side panel. Easily attaches with hook and loop fastener strip. Hand-sewn, 100% cotton. Customer assembly is required.
