This piece puts the WILD in WEST. Cowboy, but make it rave. New from the Tat Frederick studio, Electric Cowboy Petite features an array of colorful cowboy hats. Once each hat is hand-stitched and hand-painted, neon lights are applied around the edges with glue. Framed in white. Stunning lit up or as-is, you can't go wrong with this one y'all! Due to the handmade nature of this piece, imperfections are to be expected and celebrated.
